As the editor of the now-monthly church newsletter (www.northridgeumc.org/news/methodist.html), I oversaw the transformation of the newsletter into what it is today - a 16-page issue printed in color that is sent to mailboxes around the country and is accessible to anyone online. This transformation allows people access to more quality content displayed in a comprehensive layout that is easier and more pleasant to navigate than in the previous iterations. My leadership and organizational skills were expressed as I led weekly meetings and bible studies. I took charge of the minutes at each meeting I attended with precision and speed.
