I acted as the primary liaison between internal GE stakeholders and offshore data entry teams through Genpact, managing distributed teams ranging from small specialized groups to large-scale operational units. This role required strong communication, accountability, and performance oversight across time zones and functions. My work focused heavily on process improvement and operational quality. I led Six Sigma and Lean initiatives to standardize workflows, reduce errors, and improve efficiency across payroll and accounts payable processes. Key contributions included: • Managing vendor partnerships and service delivery • Leading documentation of 100+ standard operating procedures for payroll operations in preparation for a PeopleSoft Payroll system migration • Supporting an account reconciliation initiative that recovered over $1M in items aged more than 365 days • Participating in the rollout of a CRM tool supporting GE Payroll operations This role laid the foundation for my long-term focus on operational excellence, systems thinking, and translating complex enterprise processes into scalable, well-governed execution models.
