Effective management of budgets ranging from £250k to £500k. Successfully secure additional funds from the LSA that allowed me to engage with e Centre for Excellence to create a programme for 15 staff to become leaders as coaches, including myself. Engaged with universities to upskill 70 teaching staff to gain their PGCE, in line with the 2007 teaching framework. Carryout a full skills audit of all support and curriculum staff leading to creating course on English and Maths for staff to attend to bring their skills level up to a level 3. Arrange annual departmental away days to allow staff to work together on their Self-Assessment Reports and their Quality Improvement plans. Solely and successful managed the organisation of over 500 events, ranging from: one off workshops for 20 attendees, all staff training days that includes 12 different workshops and managing the booking process, conferences for 500+attendees, awards ceremonies that included creating and managing the invite lists as well as booking special guests. Locate, visit, risk assess and book venues for training to take place if off site.
