The office works with agency Performance Improvement Officers and OPM, to spread the adoption of effective performance and personnel management practices such as setting clear goals, using data to review progress, implementing performance improvement strategies, and communicating results to the public. My mission includes, but is not limited to: Driving delivery on the People & Culture CAP goal of the President's Management Agenda Analyzing data, identify best practices, diagnose challenges, and provide solutions to overcome barriers to improve performance Work with various internal and external agency stakeholders to identify emerging human capital issues and leading practices Collaborate with cross-cutting teams of government experts to improve personnel policy and management practices- SO excited for this one! Strategize ways in which analytical results can best be used in OMB and other decision-making processes
