Paul Stankiewicz is a Senior Operations Manager with more than 20 years of experience building order out of chaos across some of the most demanding environments imaginable, from active combat theaters to oil fields to complex industrial operations. What has driven him across every industry is a simple truth: operations is never the same problem twice. Every challenge requires creativity rather than a formula, and he genuinely thrives in that space. Paul's career has taken him from the Marine Corps through defense contracting, oil and gas, and industrial services. The industry has always been secondary. What he has pursued is complexity, because messy and complicated environments are where great teams get built and real results get delivered. He brings a proven track record in program management, process improvement, cross-functional leadership, and communication strategy. As an experienced decision-support leader, Paul captures, sequences, and prioritizes enterprise-wide activity to cut through noise and improve both the associate and customer experience. His approach to communication is straightforward: if the information helps the team understand the intent or execute the work, he shares it. Paul approaches every broken or underperforming environment the same way. He gathers information first, works to understand what the organization is actually trying to achieve, and then maps every task back to that objective. From there, the gaps become clear and the path forward follows. He carries an analytical mindset and a commitment to systems thinking that he has refined through two graduate degrees, an MS in Strategic Management and Executive Leadership from Penn State and a Global MBA from Thunderbird, as well as a lifelong habit of reading across history, philosophy, and business.
