Define, develop, and implement digital marketing strategy, including web, SEO/SEM, social media, Affiliate etc. in support of business objectives. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points; Works with creative teams (internal and external) to come up with branding ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs, and promotional materials Identifies the appropriate media channels where each product or service's marketing materials can be delivered to the public Designs and ensure proper implementation of brand book and signs usage guidelines in institution documentations Design communication strategies with management that help increase market and branding awareness of the institution by using different forms as leaflets; annual publication reports; PR events ; membership and/or sponsored participations Tracks marketing strategy results closely and creates detailed reports with data analysis and other feedback, adjusts marketing plans as needed in response to data tracking efforts PR Creates PR strategies and action plans on an annual and monthly basis Strengthen the voice of the company in industry and society in the media and other communication channels Serves as a first and foremost contact person for all media questions Prepares presentations for press releases and other meetings Organizes and supervises for the company fairs, open days, seminars, conferences. Provides effective solutions to crises at the time they occur, or helps prevent them Suggest effective ways to peacefully resolve any internal disputes Build and maintain targeted media lists and nurture media relationships Builds and maintains the list of important third parties of the company Collaborate with external actors, including public affairs offices, consumer organizations, and professional societies
