• Project Monitoring and Risk Management: Track project progress against plans and budgets, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Stakeholder Comm.: Report project status to senior management, the board, and clients, ensuring timely updates on deviations and progress.
• CRM: Lead service review meetings to address performance, quality, and process improvements.
• Escalation Point: Serve as primary escalation contact for implementation managers across KSA depts.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various teams, including logistics, sales, training, and contractors, to ensure smooth operations.
