Additionally, I created designs for their charger finder application, catering to the needs of the general public. Moreover, I provided support in crafting a landing site targeted towards investors interested in establishing EV Charger infrastructure in Indonesia.

- Conducted Product-Market Fit research to identify key user problems, clarify product direction, and support roadmap prioritization with stronger evidence.
- Contributed to increased overall teacher participation by revamping the user interface of QLink Learning Management System for users in Indonesia and the Philippines, making core teaching workflows using platform much clearer and easier to access.
- Designed the Periodic Report feature to help users compare related diagnostic reports more easily, achieving a 50% success rate in usability testing and identifying opportunities to improve report comprehension.
- Reduced assignment creation and delivery time by 52.6% by simplifying the teacher workflow from 19 steps to 9 steps, removing redundant navigation without reducing the core function of the feature.
- Reduced teacher follow-up task completion time by over 85% and made the task 6.7× faster by designing a student cheating-activity detection and monitoring feature with bulk follow-up actions for teachers, based on research and usability testing.
- Improved design delivery speed by 40% by revamping a messy, unconnected, and unstructured Figma design system into a more consistent design foundation with modernized standards, reusable components, and clearer documentation across 3 different platfomrs
- Increased question import completion rate from 28.45% to 79.52% by redesigning a rigid template-based upload flow into an AI-assisted document upload experience, solving the friction of teachers having to reformat school documents before importing questions.
