Devise processes and organize change management, data conversion, user communication, definition of local and global support structure and SLA’s. • Managed a five-person PMO responsible for the project teams handling the transitional efforts for the integration of new business acquisitions from Motorola into the NSN process and tools. These efforts encompass contract negotiation for buyouts under Motorola agreements and negotiation of new agreements under the NSN service agreements • Managed global SAP and integrated system deployments in Europe, APAC, North America, and South America to support strategies for manufacturing, corporate logistics, distribution, and finance. Define concepts, business requirements and scope; allocate resources, create budgets/schedules and ensure Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance. • Planned and coordinated the deployment of a web-based Product Data Management (PDM) system; created a global support model to provide a centralized system to facilitate issue resolution. Managed the regional system testing, ensured system functionality and defined user roles and activities. • Migrated operations from legacy finance and logistics platforms to our global SAP environment for the United States, Mexico, Ecuador, and Venezuela, which allowed the integration of a global logistics and financial system. • Organized the consolidation of vendors to global providers to drive down overall pricing rather than the use of small local providers.
