Responsibilities: • Lead and direct the strategies to make internal and external warehouses operation in a fluid way by taking the lead of the current warehouse supervisors, overseeing receiving warehousing process flow for all warehouses. • Responsible for the compliance with C-TPAT and OEA guidelines • Responsible for developing and implementing metrics to control all warehouses process by ensuring a timely and accurate fulfillment of materials for an adequate support to production lines. • Develop Warehouse delivery process by ensuring material goes on time to production, such as manufacturing order picking, Kan Ban stock refilling etc. • Work with Planning, Purchasing, Incoming Inspection and Supplier Quality engineers to expedite, in a coordinated way, the receiving of the material, solution of discrepant invoices and facilitating urgent requests. • Inform the Materials team of material situations that may affect the production plan in a timely manner. • Ensure reliability of the inventory, maintaining the effectiveness of the system transactions, movements, data integrity and cycle count process • Supervise the movement of materials between internal and external warehouses to guarantee the availability of materials in house for production plan. • Responsible for supervising and keeping up to date the equipment maintenance and records as scheduled. • Understand, support, and contribute to compliance with company culture, quality management systems, safety & Hygiene standards, Six Sigma, RBA, ISO, IATF, C-TPAT and OEA, following the established policies and procedures.
