Understand and analyze client needs, compliance issues, and process issues in the service line; identify root causes and implement improvements accordingly. Generate weekly and monthly reports to assess the effectiveness of service delivery and identify areas for optimization. Resolve problems promptly, minimizing the impact on service delivery and client satisfaction. Assist client stakeholders in implementing new processes, such as managing the life-cycle of Statements of Work (SOW) and conducting sourcing/bidding events. Monitoring data quality and conduct routine checks within the team. Coordinate with clients, execution teams, and IT regarding system migrations. Develop process flow diagrams and detailed work instructions for documentation purposes. People Management: Conduct performance evaluations with 1-1 and quarterly meetings to align with team goals. Educate team members regarding system and process changes.
