Nov. 2006 - Oct. 2012- Responsible wholesale business for national Indonesia - Report directly to Director Sales adidas SEA (singapore) - Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans. - Responsible for sales, buying, and forecasting, and establishing appropriate performance targets. -Responsible for developing range for footwear, apparel, and hardware in line with sales budgets and marketing plans, as well as analyzing sell-in and sell-through. - Responsible for product selection or development for footwear, hardware and apparel - Responsible for overall pricing and margin strategy - Responsible for sales inventory management, which covers ordering and repeating. - Responsible for distribution strategy, making sure all the quality and delivery of the products that has been set are met including the cost of the distribution itself. - Responsible for finding new account and business opportunities to achieve sales target - Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. - Review market information to determine customer needs, product range and price range - Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of competition - To lead, supervise and assist sales team and coordinator on product knowledge, marketing methods and submit daily sales report. - To ensure that the company a profitable and achieve company’s sales target. - Develops and/or maintains and improves business relations with all customers of the company. - Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business. - Responsibility for all Trade Accounts Receivables. Monitors A/R aging on a proactive basis with his personnel, coordinates with Accounts Receivable Manager/Controller.
