Feb. 2004 - Oct. 2007• Monitor payroll system processes to ensure systems run efficiently to produce payroll for 80,000 colleagues in weekly, semi monthly, monthly and pension’s payroll. • Identify and resolve problems pertaining to Systems activities, working closely with IT dept. • Write Peoplesoft queries to solve problems and provide reports as requested by management. • Perform testing cycle of system upgrades, writing test scripts, reviewing test results and sign off of upgrade. • Maintain Peoplesoft payroll tables, earnings, taxes and deductions. • Payroll liaison to Benefit/HR department to resolve issues arising from integrated system. • Write procedure manuals for new payroll processes and trained staff on those processes.
