Jun. 2020Doha, QatarMY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: * Review and prepare all type of contracts documents and offers between office & Clients and also between Clients and contractors. * Prepare BOQs and tender documents * Managing the in progress and final payments of contractors * Replying and analyzing contractors' claims * Advising Clients in solving the disputes with contractors * Monitoring the implementation of GCG office contractual obligations * Reviewing and coordinating the IFT drawings and documents before issuance * Preparing preliminary estimated budgets for projects * Ensure QA/QC on deliverables of office to different projects * Assist in preparation of legal and contractual correspondences to Clients & contractors * Review & coordinate all main deliverables to Clients * Advise in finding solutions for technical problems * Preparation of Office quality management systems and its forms plus follow up the implementation in different projects. * Projects manager for different projects ( such as a palace in Laqtifya district, Mixed use project in old airport road, Warehouses and Factories at Manateq areas)
