Mar. 2014 - Feb. 2020United States, OttumwaI have been the supervisor of a children's behavioral health program that provides in home counseling to families, the supervisor of a treatment program for adults with chronic mental health diagnoses called Intensive Psychiatric Rehabilitation and I also held the position of the coordinator for a mental health drop in center where I provided guidance, support, and access to community resources to our participants. All together, I have 25 years of experience working in the behavioral health/mental health industry with both children and adults. I have developed my skills from the challenging positions I have held. I have also worked in a PMIC facility (4 years) as well as a juvenile detention setting for 7 years. I am always looking for the best and most fair way to accomplish goals in the workplace. I believe if it doesn't make sense, it's not the right approach. My passion is helping others solve conflicts and remove barriers so that they may be successful and satisfied with their lives.
