-Perform various HR Administrative functions including but not limited to hiring, training,
and growth of the salesforce agents/brokers. Address all Department of Real Estate & litigation demands. -Responsible for the growth and development of a multi state region through process analysis, risk assessment reviews, and project management. Through interdepartmental facilitation identifying opportunities for alignment with larger strategic initiatives and creating comprehensive rollout plans.
-Performed as a change agent through multiple scales of growth for one of the fastest growing organizations in the industry.
-Hired to ensure that the contracting brokerage operations complied with all applicable laws and regulations including state license law. -Maintained and updated full working knowledge of State Forms, Contracts, Real Estate Laws, Regulations, and Rules. -Resolved all agent, consumer and employee problems and maintained precise records in their Enterprise and Personnel account.
-Facilitated the Implementation of the company’s Independent Contractor Agreement and Policy and Procedures Manual alongside any other additional policies and procedures.
-Set and monitor regional performance goals, implement strategies for their achievement, and track/report utilization of tool metrics to the Vice President of Brokerage Operations. -Daily oversaw up to 25+ direct reports and 6000 clients/agents handling development and accountability.
-Facilitate the transition of 80K+ staff to a remote workforce, restructured and reorganized the cloud-based filing system, and consistently identified areas of improvement on policies and procedures for the firm utilizing OKR and KPI.
