Promoted from Director of Public Relations to director of both disciplines after six months. - Reinvigorated JIA Group’s online presence, through new site build including the introduction of SEO optimised content, a B2B and B2C focused editorial calendar, e-commerce functionality, investor relations updates, company information and more. - Ensured all communications (print and digital) were aligned to brand guidelines with consistency in design, language, messaging and positioning. - For select restaurants, developed successful “content rich” digital strategy that saw a 20% average increase in online bookings, disseminated across various platforms, coupled with SEM. - Oversaw creation of group WeChat channel, devised to align with implementation of WeChat Pay and AlipayHK.
- Oversaw communications for the company's listing on Hong Kong Stock Exchange (February 2018). - Directed media relations and enquiries; including writing press releases, company biographies, thought leadership/opinion pieces and Q&A’s (includes agency management in two countries). - Group wide edit of booking platforms and installation of data collection processes to see a database growth of 51% within six months. - Generated positive coverage for both JIA Group, key team members and brands in both consumer and industry media (including CEO interview on CNBC Managing Asia). - Revised crisis communication plan with response procedure and guidelines.
