During production period, general on-site management for the Broadcast Team, Post-Production and Executive Team. ADEK Sports Championship 2024Media Production Manager
Jan. 2024 - Apr. 2024Working with the Line Producer in pre-Production to produce weekly round-up video and social media clips semi and quarter finals with 113 schools taking part across 13 disciplines - scheduling of all shoots, six shoots per day every weekend for six weeks. Production period – oversaw build of Media Production Tent on site, including installation of 8 edit stations and space for 25 videographer and photographer teams filming over three days for the ADEK Finals. Overseeing teams live editing for medal ceremony walk on VTS and daily social media clips for ADEK. Scheduling of 19 shooting teams each day and managing their welfare on and off site, being across uploading of shot footage, edit team hours (8 editors working full time). Post event, managing Media Tent derig, international shipping of edit stations back to Holland, all footage to client on drives and handing back of media tent to Event Ops Team.
