Able to review, add, process, and audit payrolls quickly and efficiently for over 100+ employees. Involved with open enrollment to over 10 legal entities. Familiar with pension funding to including monthly and quarterly balancing of expenses as well as assist with annual K1 forms and 5500 filings. Required to review, research, and resolve 401k errors with ease. Familiar with QDROs and QMCSOs appropriate paperwork.
Administer COBRA, including open enrollment, initial notice, qualifying events, premiums, and correspondence with COBRA participants.
Process/Calculate Salaried employee's payroll to employees at locations all over the United States.
Responsible for the set-up and remittance of employee-funded Section 125 Cafeteria plans to include Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) deductions.
Reconcile/Research/Resolve monthly payments to include but not limited to: Long Term Care, Health Club Memberships, Employee Assistance Programs, FSA, HSA, and Medicare Supplement.
Responsible for monitoring (daily), researching and resolving discrepancies, and initiating deletion, reversals, and voided payment with the payroll bank account.
Process and prepare the annual EE01 filing.
