Encompasses building strong relationships with the Franchisees to deliver training, coaching and mentoring to help increase sales, reduce costs and improve profits. Involved in all elements of new store openings including planning and organising prior to launch, the launch, on-going support, store re-fits, health & safety compliance, audits, recruitment, training and competitor analysis. Displays relationship management skills in working effectively with credibility and respect with internal and external stakeholders. Work closely with the Operations Director to provide insight into critical metrics including but not limited to: sales analysis, strategy and planning, reporting, delivery, footfall, loyalty, product development, business planning and logistics. Plays a key role in brand development and works collaboratively with Marketing to develop branding, creating and updating of the brand operations manual, store management tools and inputting into training plans and manuals. Responsible for all Learning and Development (L&D) for the UK and Ireland. Involves working effectively with Team Members, Store Management and Franchisees to create high performing teams with performance targets aligned to business requirements. Key Achievements:
Spearheaded a new POS and stock management system and rolled out across the network which placed the business firmly as strong innovators within the industry. Involved in every element across the implementation including design, overseeing installations and training the teams.
Achieved a growth rate of 13% in retail operations. Project managed the launch of a new centre where all training and development is delivered and also for all product testing and development.
