Focusing on Supplies, Procurement, Planning, Distribution, Customer Service, and Foreign Trade, I applied strategic vision and specialized knowledge to optimize Procurement, Global Logistics, and Foreign Trade operations. I implemented Strategic Sourcing and Total Cost of Ownership, achieving significant cost reductions and enhancing inventory management. Highlights of the achievements include: Development and management of Supply and Logistics strategies and processes;
A 19.5% reduction in annual expenses and a 30.37% decrease in inventory;
Improvement of inventory accuracy from 90% to 99.2%, reversing financial losses of US$ 4 million;
Operations Management covering Cash Flow and Income Statements for 5 business divisions (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, and Colombia);
Structuring the Procurement and Logistics Area, defining policies and processes, ensuring material availability, and maintaining inventory levels as established;
Implementation of a control tower focused on continuous improvement of material movement, establishing performance metrics and benchmarks;
Procurement Management for Forestry, Mining, International, and Retail units with a "Spend" of R$ 230 million, meeting demands for direct, indirect, OPEX, and CAPEX materials;
Selection and development of suppliers, identifying potential new suppliers, and building strong relationships to ensure preference among material and service providers;
Supplier qualification, conducting RFXs, e-Auctions, negotiation, and contracting, leading supplier performance evaluations.
