These duties take the company to following achievements: • OTD improvement from 67% to 98%. • VMI successfully implemented with our main customer, which led us to reduce inventory and improve customer service. • Past due reduction by 96%. • Consolidation of two plants which led to a savings of almost 1M USD per year.

After that, I got involved in another project as Planner/Buyer in a Metal Stamping area with the following duties: Looking at customer's requirements into their system and based on that prepare the MPS as well as feed the MRP to determine the forecast of the dependent demand of raw material and make the releases accordingly to the suppliers either local or foreign, and making sure that the released plan is accomplished by monitoring, receipt and disposition in stock and its management thru all the process stages. Another task of my position is to determine the required capacity in accordance with the requirements and following the Chasing demand strategy as well as the logistics of indirect materials involved in the operation.
