I run operations for a developer ecosystem in Latin America that covers AI training, hackathons, software development, and community. I handle everything from partnerships and finances to creative direction. I also co-founded a tech conference that grew into one of the largest in the region, with 200+ international speakers and six-figure revenue. I have a technical degree in graphic design and work regularly with Illustrator, Figma, and Photoshop. I published my first book at 18, and creative writing has been part of how I work ever since.
