Champion small to medium projects to build customer-centric platforms that increase customer approval ratings. Proven qualitative and quantitative analysis with the ability to use hard data to create and produce metrics and KPI’s using MS Excel, PowerPivot, PowerPoint, and Visio. Contract support: CP, FFP, IDIQ, JOC, SOW, RFP, Submittals, RFI’s, and IR's. Develop business use case, and complete root cause analyses. Author and develop internal and external training to include presentations to address system changes and enhancements. Active interpersonal and business communication to all levels.
