• Multiple Projects Management; Infrastructure Capacity, Legal Entity and Consolidated Accounts (billing) Project Management
• Liaise with other program stream management to ensure all inter dependencies are catered for and synergised • Over see Change Management impacts at Enterprise level
• Manage and Document Business Requirements across varied business units i.e. billing, legal, networks • SAP Integration and Migration
• Data Migration and verification
• Work within the Program Management methodology and frameworks governed by the Program Management Office (PMO) • Build and Manage Project resources i.e. Business Analysts, Developers, Testers.
• Develop all project management deliverable s including Work Breakdown Structure, Project Plan, Financial Plan, Communication Plan, Quality Plan, Human Resource Plan, Risk/ Issue Management Plan, Project Status Reports
• Deliver against defined project scorecard measures of business satisfaction, quality, cost, timeliness and risk
• Develop, validate and maintain accurate, predictive and measurable project plans, deliverable s and schedules • Control project schedules to ensure tasks are achieved according to the project plan • Track project related expenditure effectively and efficiently via budgets, actual, accruals and forecasts • Management of Virtual Teams
• Identify and Manage Project Risks
• Identify Plan, Schedule and Coordinate UAT effort required by business and test team.
• Manage the Procurement of Servers and systems
