Implemented brand and business vision through all the wine club communication and graphics. Led the coordination with website developers for the design and functionality of the wine club's e-commerce functionality. Emphasized the importance of a customer’s database to use past purchasing behavior to better plan production in the future and address the consumer’s demands. Developed and implemented a digital database system to capture private customer’s information and purchasing habits integral to the company's day-to-day, and future marketing, and sales growth. Interfaced with various departments, such as Finance, Logistics, IT, Marketing and Sales to leverage everyone’s expertise to create a unique offering through the wine club concept to private customers. Assisted in a portfolio evaluation to select the various combinations of wines to be offered to the wine club members based on wine maker’s input and logistics cost savings measures.
