I am a young professional with cross-border industrial operations experience, currently supporting one of the largest Chinese renewable energy investments in Morocco. AEOLON Renewable Energy Morocco represents the company's first overseas wind turbine blade production base, with a €220M+ investment, 3,000+ planned employees, and national-level government involvement from both China and Morocco. Within this high-profile, fast-paced environment, I coordinate daily workforce transportation logistics for hundreds of employees, manage expatriate immigration and housing infrastructure, oversee partners & clients invitation documentation, and serve as the Mandarin-speaking operational bridge between Chinese leadership and local authorities. My role directly supports production continuity, regulatory compliance, and cross-cultural coordination in a facility designed to become one of the largest blade manufacturing sites serving Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Previously in China, I supported international student affairs at a university, assisting with visa processing, residence permits, dormitory coordination, and emergency logistics during COVID lockdowns, strengthening my understanding of institutional operations within the Chinese administrative system.
