• Coordinated technology projects for integrating corporate source systems with Legal Operations LMM system, such as AP, HRIS, LDB (location database) and external systems such as CPI (intellectual property).
• Delivered Legal Department SharePoint solution for department communications, document sharing, team calendar, discussion boards, and more. Introduced the expansion to incorporate solutions under the new MS Teams tools.
• Provided Legal Division Business Tools intranet site using SharePoint for self-service legal documents for corporate business partners.
• Prepared and managed legal specific systems with a budget between $1.5M to $2.5M.
• Defined IT Technology Roadmap for meeting Legal Department strategic goals.
• Served on the Diversity & Inclusion Committee providing KPI metrics on Legal Spend and meeting goals of driving legal spend equity.
