Learning from Uber how they reward and incentivise their drivers and move them toward desired behaviours. I am observing consumer behaviour first hand and assessing the differences in how they approach the service and drivers. Driving for Uber works for me around my school pick ups, consulting meetings and coffee catch-ups. It allows me to meet some interesting people and have some great conversations - and I get to see parts of my town I haven't seen for a while, or ever.
