In doing so I recruited, hired, trained and developed a diverse, high performance team that delivers on company goals and reflects its values. • Acts as key point of accountability for club financial performance and the club experience, increasing total revenue by 30% over previous year • Responsible for the successful attainment of club targets, i.e. member service, revenue, retention, etc. creating the 12th ranked club companywide for Q1 • Executes against a budget with specified revenue, expense, profit and headcount amounts and leads the execution of company programs and policies at the club • Participate and provide club specific input into the development of the club P&L and operating plan. In 2016 Q1, increased fitness and membership profitability by 25% and reduce labor costs to provide overall revenue increase of 30% year over year • Establish priorities and goals, including revenue targets for membership, fitness and labor for the club and identify the plan of execution for the improvement of the club
