I collaborate with post production team of the project in addition to directors, producers, editors, and other team members to ensure that the final product meets the expectations and standards of the film industry. My responsibilities include planning, supervising, and coordinating all aspects of post-production, including vendor selection, technical team hiring, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management. It is my responsibility to ensure that all activities are executed within the timeframe, budget, and desired quality standards. I work in collaboration with the director and post production team, to ensure that the creative vision of the project is achieved. I oversee and review the editing cuts, visual effects, and sound to ensure technical and creative quality. I also coordinate with the sound department for the final mix and with the graphics team to ensure that the titles and final credits are in line with the director's vision. Throughout the post-production process, I ensure that all files are correctly stored and documented for future reference. In some cases, I am also responsible for overseeing the creation and production of promotional material, including trailers and commercials. In summary, as a cinema post-production coordinator, I lead and manage all stages of the post-production process, ensuring that the final product meets the expectations and standards of the film industry within the desired timeframe, budget, and quality standards.
