We looked at market needs, our capabilities and resources to develop the leading life insurance customer experience benchmark. Recognizing the power of big data, we also worked across the LIMRA organization and partnered with the Life Insurance Council to architect and build the leading life insurance profitability dashboard for the small to mid sized company life carriers. In addition, by gaining a better pulse of the marketplace and repositioning our services, we were able to grow the traditional custom market research platform, and maintain the revenue of the life insurance and annuity client assurance programs.
