I was in charge of converting the initial prototype into a production-grade solution which consists of Cloud and On-Premise modules, installed in nearly half of the NBA teams. It included choosing the technology stack, Cloud infrastructure, product architecture, 3rd party integrations, and building and leading the development team. I took active part in defining the product requirements, building the escalation process, demos and installations at customer facilities and participated in media first-class live events, such as the NBA All Star and FIBA 3x3 World Championship.
