Brand Health and Market Share Intelligence - Identify upgraders, switchers, and loyalists to support market share gains in priority segments. - Contribute to competitive benchmarking and regional engagement analysis to uncover acquisition and retention opportunities. KOC Development and Advocacy Ecosystem - Build and scale a structured Key Opinion Consumer ecosystem that fuels advocacy, content, and offline momentum. - Institutionalize recognition programs including quarterly and annual awards to drive long term loyalty and cultural belonging within the community. Events, Activations, and Strategic Partnerships - Manage year round calendar of high impact community experiences across digital and on ground touchpoints. - Lead campus programs, creator workshops, and social nights that translate engagement into acquisition and conversion. - Forge strategic brand and ecosystem partnerships that create premium experiential moments for members.
