Manage constantly expanding network of more than 150 brewery, importer, and distributor partners. Identify and facilitate partnership opportunities with local sporting venues, festivals, clubs, and other retail accounts.
Spearhead growth initiatives, managing product load-in for more than 50 new restaurants, expanding company form 118 locations to 175, growing with a 99.5% fill rate or better. Ensure regulatory compliance, filing all necessary federal and state approvals and price postings. Maintain operational efficiency, tracking and monitoring shipments across 40 distributors in 25 states. Serve as primary point of contact for 175 restaurant teams for beverage program needs. Coordinate marketing events, organizing and executing corporate-sponsored events, dinners, and competitions, as well as managing four years at Great American Beer Festival. Develop new branding initiatives, collaborating closely with marketing team to create labels and seasonal points of purchase. Critical team member in the opening of the company’s 4th and largest brewery, 1st tasting room, and 1st canning line, bringing internal brewing capacity to 35,000 barrels
