As Global Telemarketing Manager, from May 2009-August 2010, I directed telemarketing for lead/demand generation marketing programs across three major Ziff Davis Enterprise Assets, with multiple telemarketing vendors. I negotiated telemarketing agreements and was responsible for all aspects of program execution. I increased the margin on telemarketed leads for lead gen programs, noticeably increased show rate from telemarketed leads for eSeminars. As Senior Manger of In-Person Engagement Fulfillment, from October 2008 to May 2009, I developed and oversaw implementation strategy for fulfillment of all contracted In-Person Engagement demand generation programs. I cut fulfillment costs by over 40% and oversaw operations of group of 5-35 telemarketing agents, depending on season. As In-Person Engagement Fulfillment Manager, from November 2007 to October 2008, I executed implementation strategy for fulfillment of contracted In-Person Engagement programs. I began as a temporary employee at Ziff Davis Enterprise on an assignment that lasted from August to November of 2007.
