• Supported Managers and HR Services throughout the recruitment process; managed candidate lifecycle through the applicant tracking system, developed and amended job descriptions and posted positions on different websites, pre-screened resumes, performed telephone screens and in-person interviews, prepared and reviewed offer letters.
• Assisted in salary negotiations, providing salary ranges for specific roles, or recommending the re-evaluation of critical positions, if necessary.
• Coordinated the onboarding process, submitted offer letters and ensured all the required documents were submitted to Payroll.
• Responsible for sourcing, screening and onboarding new employees, conducted orientation session, explained internal policies and procedures according to the employment legislation of Ontario.
