Monitoring the task estimations and emphasizing the most important tasks. Handling the onboarding and the offboarding of the team members while making sure everything was documented and backed up (archived). Granted the neccessary access to employees and removing the accesses when it was not needed. Checked issues on Jira that had the status in Review and closing the finished ones. Opened new tasks for the projects with the neccessary IT specifications and detailed descriptions.
