My role was working with both inbound candidates (applicants) and outbound candidates (sourcing passive employees elsewhere). I am conversant with both Beamery (CRM) and ICIMS (ATS) and used both to create outbound campaigns, sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, and curated the candidates as they navigated through our hiring process. I averaged between 15 - 20 initial interviews per week, plus attended meetings and tracked metrics. As a remote employee, I was able to keep pace, and even exceed, the production and output of other sourcers on my team, including those who were working a hybrid RTO model.
