This supported revising customer-related issues, and solutions. ➥ Developed Order-to-Cash Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in conjunction with the CFO, and new customer onboarding SOPs including the decision matrix. ➥ Secured a new line of revenue with Canadian Tire, providing strong communication and a strategic approach to critical business negotiations, which failed in the past. ➥ Introduced significant improvements to internal processes and training programs that improved efficiency/effectiveness and restructured the onboarding process to streamline acquisition and hiring efforts. ➥ Implemented positive relationship strategies for all teams, including strong business negotiations, and valuable internal processes, which deliver significant organizational growth, and profits.
