I also provided administrative support to ensure efficient workflow and maintain key relationships with media contacts. One of my key responsibilities was to respond to guest reviews and feedback on TripAdvisor, enhancing the hotel's reputation and improving guest experience. Additionally, I created press releases and maintained up-to-date content on the hotel's website, keeping our audience informed and engaged. To ensure all hotel advertising and collateral adhered to company brand standards, I updated press and customer lists, providing relevant information through monthly e-newsletters. I also maintained the hotel's photography and press release library, tracking inventory and ensuring current and accurate materials. I played a crucial role in establishing the hotel's annual marketing communications budget, assisting in determining budgets for advertising, public relations, sales promotions, and publicity. I maintained records of media and purchase expenses, agreements, contracts, and quotes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Finally, I provided regular Marketing Communications reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing, keeping them informed on a weekly and monthly basis. I also prepared Accrual Reports for the Finance Team, ensuring accurate accounting and financial reporting. Overall, my contributions significantly enhanced the hotel's communication and marketing efforts, ultimately driving business success.
