My Responsibilities: • Manage the end-to-end recruitment (personally managing up to 30 vacancies at any one time) and onboarding for all divisions of the business including corporate, engineering, trades and labour, quarry, plant maintenance. • Manage the onboarding and induction process to ensure a positive onboarding experience for all staff. • Work collaboratively with, and support Hiring Managers to assist with their resourcing requirements. • Manage and coordinate the performance review process for the Group. • Manage and coordinate the Group’s quarterly salary review process. • Manage the processing of employee resignations including conducting exit interviews, coordinating return of assets and updating HRIS. • Maintain company Human Resources Information System (HRIS/HRMS), Viewpoint Vista. • Assist with the implementation and coordination of project pre-mobilisation requirements. • Implementation of People & Culture strategies for employee health and wellbeing, employee relations and organisational development. • Identify opportunities to partner with local universities and attend events to enhance the Group’s brand awareness and promote Graduate recruitment. • Develop and implement relevant Group policies and procedures. • Assist with industrial relations matters, including award and enterprise agreement interpretation, performance management and terminations. • Provide guidance and advice to employees for People & Culture related matters. • Identify suitable recruitment agencies to bring onboard the Group’s Recruitment Panel. Negotiate terms and coordinate with Commercial to complete vendor set up and finalise agreement.
