• Execute the North America email marketing calendar for promotional & editorial email content as well as support US & Canada retail outreach moments.
• Implement trigger email strategies, including welcome email series, birthday & loyalty triggers.
• Develop the SMS strategy to complement email campaigns.
• Upload, set up, and test email campaigns to ensure an error-free and optimal user experience.
• Schedule email campaigns tailored to E-commerce and Stores databases via targeted journeys, adapted to each email's specifics (gender, geography, and offer eligibility).
• Collaborate with the E-commerce team to ensure a seamless user experience aligned with the website.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly email performance reports, making recommendations and adjustments as needed. Using Google Analytics (360 & GA4), Selligent report and Salesforce Analytics.
• Develop a consistent email AB testing strategy to drive incremental revenue and improve email performance (send times, dates, subject lines, etc.).
• Support the CRM Manager with weekly email creative briefs and copy in collaboration with the Marketing department.
• Work closely with headquarters to ensure alignment with the global strategy.
• Utilize bilingual skills daily to facilitate communication and collaboration.
• Manage the Gift With Purchase (GWP) strategy for our retail stores.
• Assist in managing the Customer Service intern in resolving retail & digital issues.
• Support the CRM Manager in analyzing weekly and monthly NPS scores & customer satisfaction surveys.
• Implement a loyalty gifting program to drive customer retention & build loyalty.
