Lead Consultant, The Go! Program
BlackbaudLead Consultant, The Go! Program
Jun. 2011 - Dec. 2016The Go! Program is a unique, consultant guided program that helps nonprofits make the most out of their investment with Blackbaud and the Luminate Online™ tools (cloud based online fundraising and marketing platform). In my role as Lead Consultant for the Go! Program, I actively served our clients by guiding groups of nonprofits through our 12 month consulting program. I played a critical role day-to-day in constantly improving the services that we delivered and the ways that we delivered them. I served within my company as a practitioner and subject matter expert for 1:many service delivery, sometimes referred to as "group consulting" or "cohort service delivery".
