Nov. 2020 - Mar. 2022Bucharest, Romania- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance; - Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met; - Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.); - Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing and interviewing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc. - Assist supervisors in performance management procedures; - Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda; - Coordinate training sessions and seminars; - Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires; - Produce and submit reports on general HR activity (i.e. headcount, attrition, compensation metrics, etc); - Deliver a diverse range HR programs within Romanian practice (i.e. from engagement, employer branding, development to compensation & benefits, HR procedures and compliance). - Up to date with the local labor legislation and provides consultancy to business on local HR matters. - Up to date with market trends in Romania and incorporate this information in providing solutions to the business, together with Regional HR Director
