Seller Lifecycle Management Seller Onboarding & Development: Oversee the full seller lifecycle, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and providing continuous support to foster growth and scalability for all sellers on the platform. Risk & Budget Management Risk Assessment & Budget Forecasting: Manage risk and prepare accurate budget forecasts to ensure sustainable business growth, while proactively mitigating potential operational risks. Team Leadership & Development High-Performance Team Development: Lead and develop a high-performance team focused on market expansion, ensuring that team members are aligned with company objectives and equipped to meet ambitious growth targets.
