In addition, I managed the organization's largest warehouse valued at ~$6M USD; dispatched and coordinated a fleet of 80 vehicles; and secured/provided maintenance services to office compounds spanning more than 12,000 sqm. Saved ~$1M USD from the budget by cancelling an order of unnecessary spare parts. Reduced sector budget by ~$100K USD p.a. by ensuring security guards were included in HQ’s contract. Removed $380K USD in inactive store items, increasing organisation and decreasing inefficiency. Realized $2M USD in inactive material p.a. by stopping warehouse operations, opting instead for cost-efficient term contracts. Decentralized critical building maintenance functions from HQ control by opting for direct, biannual emergency repair contracts, valued at $160K USD. Identified and remedied a gap of 75 employees in the finalized drawings of a new $16M USD Administrative Building Complex, securing office space for all existing and future staff. Successfully transitioned 130 redundant employees via optional retirement packages over a period of three months.
