Support in Joint Business Planning with Priority Customer: Work closely with Key Accounts team to lock effective JBP, including summarized category strategy, tailored shopper and trader promotions. Work with CBD to Drive Distribution and OSA instore: Set distribution targets for your portfolio to ensure optimal product availability and visibility across channels. TTS & Promotion management Budget & Optimize TTS: Allocate and manage the promotional budget across different promotions, channels, and accounts ensuring optimal use of DTTS. Competitor Intelligence Analysis Monitor trade margins: Review and analyze trade margins on a quarterly and annual basis to stay competitive in market. Shopper Marketing – Planogram, POSM & Activation Design, test and execute Planogram: Manage Design, adaptation & deployment of POSM: Align design, production, allocation, and distribution of POSM to ensure strong product visibility. Ensure that key visuals are effectively adapted for point-of-sale materials. Retail Media Management: Oversee the planning and execution of retail media campaigns to enhance product visibility and drive sales. Drive in-store demand generation: Implement strategies to generate demand through in-store traditional and social media activities. CATMAN: Design and align with Account/channel/ Instore team to onboard customer for CATMAN concept and execution. Develop shopper CTAs: Create compelling calls-to-action in alignment with Brand CTA and Instore landscape to drive shopper engagement. Ensure that all activities align with the brand's voice and values, maintaining brand integrity across all touchpoints.
