In November 2017, Peixe Urbano acquired Groupon Latin America and was able to continue growing their operations across Latin America and became the leader in the LatAm market. Main responsibilities: - Analyze and identify behaviors regarding the usage of functionalities and products;
- Create PowerBI dashboards;
- Manage the queue of IT support;
- Colaborate with the merger between Peixe Urbano and Groupon LatAm and the related products, systems, processes, and workflow;
- Receive and refine the requirements into specification for the engineering team;
- Create and present status and performance reports regarding the engineering department;
- Guidance and training to other departments in order to reduce issues;
- Manage and improve the communication of issues and vulnerabilities to stakeholders;
- Identify needs in order to reach the product's goals and improve user experience;
- Support development, perform tests, and get feedback;
