Team Management: Recruit, train, and coach high-performing sales managers, ensuring consistent quota attainment across regions despite variable market conditions. Cross-Sell / Upsell Strategy: Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to implement account expansion playbooks that increase ARPA and maximize LTV. Market Expansion: Lead the entry and scaling into new geographies, adapting sales frameworks to local buying behavior and regulatory contexts.
